Howard is the Co-founder, Director, Investor of Win Galore Environment Limited. Under his supervision, the company successfully obtained the state-of-the-art patented solid waste recycling technology originated from Japan; established the first production factory in Rudong County of JiangSu, China in 2015; was awarded a 30-year pig farm waste recycling contract by Pingnan County of Guanxi in 2019. In 2021, Win Galore teamed up with Hexon to form Wingalore Hexon EnviroTech Co. Ltd. to incubate and invest in novel technology Hong Kong startups to tackle difficult yet high impact solid waste pollution problems not only in Hong Kong but also the GBA.
Howard is also a serial entrepreneur in medical communication. He is the Founder and CEO of EMD Asia Scientific Communication Ltd., an online/offline publishing and conferencing service provided to doctors and multinational pharmaceutical corporations; the Co-founder and CEO of PEER MD, a medical doctor social networking platform; the seed investor of Dr.Match, a mobile internet system connecting medical specialists to patients.
